This dvd shows Mussert speaking to Dutch volunteers who are going to fight on the Eastern front in 1941. The distribution centres handing out ration-cards, there are women delivering the mail. Illegal films show Germans patrolling the city and evacuees leaving with all their belongings. Polygoon News shows Den Haag before the war and later how the Germans destroyed whole streets, cut loads of trees, dug an antitank-moat through the city and built the atlantik-wall defenses.Eventually Queen Wilhelmina returns and visits the city.
